TeamViewer is a program that allows our MSI support staff to remotely access and control your computer temporarily to resolve any issues you have quickly and more effectively. Once we are done, we will let you know so that you can close the program again, so no further access is possible. You can even watch us do our work while we are connected.
All you require is either a Windows PC or Mac, and an active internet connection.
To get started,
- click on the icon below that matches your computer type and download the program to a location where you will find it (we suggest the desktop folder)
- run the program once completed
- advise us of the ID and password the program reports
This then allows us to remotely connect to your PC and start to resolve the issue you’re experiencing with your PC.
If you feel that any personal information is being accessed without your permission, you can close the remote connection at any time by clicking the X button on the top right corner of the program.
